Sten & Laine "Ydin" Necklace - Sold

An uncommon design by Finnish designers Sten & Laine. There is a space-age feeling in the overall design but also femininity with accents such as the abstracted floral motif. The quality of the necklace is evident in its weight and feel.

The studio of Sten & Laine was founded by Karl Laine and Hans Sten in 1969. The workshop was active from 1969-1974, when Laine left to found his own renowned firm, Finnfeelings, which is still active today.
