Sigurd Persson "Scala och Ruta" Brooch - Sold
Before establishing his own studio, Persson was head designer at progressive Swedish jewelry company Ateljé Stigbert from 1946 to the mid 1950s. As part of an earlier generation exploring these new forms, Persson became an important figure in its development, writing many articles about the new movement and in support of upcoming designers.

Condition: Excellent - some irregular patina on reverse of brooch.
