We do not charge for packing materials or handling.
A note about customs: International orders are not subject to Canadian taxes but we are unable to determine the duty and taxes that may be charged by the US and other foreign customs offices. As a result it is the customer’s responsibility to cover any and all customs charges that may apply to their order. When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. We cannot know the reasons or length of time that certain parcels may be detained at customs.
If you require expedited or insured shipping please contact us with your location for a quote before purchasing.
